Building Stage

McKeegan is a Barcelona and New York-based developer who is currently still in high school. He started building in February 2023 in the crypto space.

By 2024, he was working on a decentralized inference network written in Solidity and Python, built to run on Ethereum. He also launched Teen Crypto Academy, a program that educated other teens about crypto from January to August of that year.

But this was just the learning and building stage for him.

Building Prilo

In 2024, Timmy co-founded Prilo with Rishi Parikh, an AI study platform for students preparing for academic competitions.

Prilo offers flashcards, practice tests, role-play practice, and an AI grader. The platform has received significant attention for its work in the space.

Timmy has also worked on Genesis Tribe, a collective that began as an online forum and evolved into an in-person club in Barcelona.

Building 10x.app

In April 2026, McKeegan became the CTO of 10x, an AI app builder focused on SwiftUI. Alongside Evan Yadegari, 15, who is the CEO, and Alby Churven, 14, who is the CMO, Timmy is building the company with Blake Anderson, who joined as a partner.

10x focuses on clean, native SwiftUI code that runs locally for better performance and control. The company has launched multiple events with prizes to attract users and has called itself the “Shopify for apps.”
